Founder/Chief Visionary

Weina Zhang started in the early 2000's as one of the first entrepreneurs to bring fully engineered unitized curtainwall from foreign markets to the US. Weina has since been involved with some of the largest construction projects in the US over the last decade. In 2017 Weina branched out from building for others to building for herself, taking decades of ground-breaking cost savings methods to create a new path for ground-up development.

Anna

Vice President of Operations

Anna Olin joined Weina's curtainwall companies in 2006, managing the estimating and project management departments. Throughout her construction career, Anna curated procurement and quality control standards for multi-million dollar projects. Anna partnered with Weina in 2017 to start The Z Life Company. Anna has a B.S. in Business Marketing and a Professional Certificate in Construction Estimation.
